Below is a description of the various services that are available to you. We are considered out-of-network providers. House Calls are not covered by any insurance plans. Patients prepay with a credit card prior to each visit. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
House Calls are available… A House Call offers a unique and high level service in the convenience of your home, office or hotel room. We are able to address most psychiatric/addiction issues in a timely and private manner avoiding other urgent care centers and hospital emergency rooms.
We’re currently offering House Calls to Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Manhattan.

You may now see your doctor from the privacy of your home, office or hotel room. At the Surasky Neurologic Center for Addiction, we use technology as a means to improve patient care and to provide state of the art treatment. Telemedicine is a type of videoconferencing that can bring healthcare services to you no matter where you are as long as you have an Internet connection. If you are on vacation or stuck at the office late, your treatment can continue without interruption.
We understand that it is difficult to take time off from your busy schedule to come to our office. With telemedicine that commute time can be eliminated and lead to less stress. In addition, it provides your doctor the opportunity for consultation with family members, friends, teachers and other providers involved in your care.
We offer telemedicine services to established patients on a case-by-case basis to provide an increased level of convenience. Telemedicine appointments are scheduled with our office staff in the same way that an in-office appointment would be scheduled. Our advanced telemedicine software ensures that the interaction between you and your doctor is completely secure and HIPAA compliant.
